Do You Need Space for Your Service or Agency?

Niagara Regional Housing has amenity space available in our seniors building at 235 Fitch Street East in Welland. Available space is a self-contained unit of approximately 750 sqft with:

  • Kitchenette
  • Private office
  • Roughed-in therapeutic tub room
  • Reception area/programming space
  • Direct, private access from the front of the building
  • No available parking

Possible uses include services related to the seniors onsite and in the surrounding community.

Rental charges may apply, particularly if there will be a fee for services charged to tenants.

Suitable for office, wellness services (counselling, massage, hair care, physical therapy, foot care) or instructional teaching (meal preparation). Non-profit, charitable, service industry agencies may be interested in partnership opportunities.
