National Housing Day commemorates the 1998 declaration by the Big City Mayor's Caucus that homelessness in Canada has reached crisis proportions.
The Be a Voice contest challenged youth in Niagara to use their creativity to give a voice to the issues of affordable housing and homelessness in Niagara.
