Welcome Home Niagara Homeownership Program

The Welcome Home Niagara Program has been extended to December 31, 2010. We have received funding to assist approximately 50 eligible households through a 5 per cent forgivable loan. Funds will be released on a first come first served basis.

Niagara Regional Housing received an allocation from the Canada-Ontario Affordable Housing Program to make home ownership affordable (see the Homeownership Program Fact Sheet) for former renters.
