Funding Announcement - Social Housing Improvement Program

​NRH has received an allocation of approximately $6 million to complete renovations and retrofits of existing social housing. The funding was received as a result of a joint initiative between the provincial and federal governments. Under the SHIP program, local Housing Providers are encouraged to address water and energy conservation as well as improve and preserve the quality of social housing to ensure its long term physical sustainability.
